What we collect
Application answers (name, email, business details, problem descriptions), engagement records, and standard technical logs. Analytics, where used, are privacy-first and cookieless — no cross-site tracking.
Why we collect it
To evaluate fit for services, deliver engagements, and communicate with you. Application answers exist so the work can be scoped to the actual problem — that's the only use.
Retention
Declined applications are purged after 12 months. Nurture-stage records after 24 months unless you purchase something. Client engagement records are retained as required for business and tax purposes.
Your rights
Request a copy or deletion of your data any time — one email, no forms. We honor deletion requests within 30 days except where records must legally be retained.
Sharing
We don't sell data, ever. Payment processing runs through Whop, scheduling through Cal.com, and email through our mail provider — each receives only what their function requires. Everything else stays on infrastructure we control.
